“Hubli Token is more than a digital currency. It’s the fuel for a new type of commerce decentralized, borderless, and inclusive,” said Kalu Silver Chukwuebuka, CEO of GWC Tech Hub LLC. “We’re merging e-commerce and crypto in a way that gives value back to the customer.”

Key Features of Hubli Token (HBT / HUSD):

  • Stablecoin Functionality: Pegged 1:1 with the US Dollar, ensuring security and value stability.
  • Earning Power: Customers earn HBT as cashback or rewards on eligible purchases.
  • Flexible Utility: Use HBT for payments, trade on crypto platforms, or convert to BTC, ETH, USDT, and more.
  • Instant Transactions: All transactions via GWC Pay are processed instantly and securely, with blockchain transparency ensuring complete transparency.
  • Marketplace Integration: Vendors can accept HBT directly and receive settlements in fiat or crypto.

How It Works:

When a customer shops on Hubli by GWC, a percentage of their purchase is returned in HBT tokens. These tokens are automatically credited to their GWC Pay wallet, where they can be:

  • Spent on future orders
  • Sent to friends or family
  • Traded for other cryptocurrencies
  • Withdrawn to external wallets or exchanges (coming soon)

Driving Financial Inclusion Across Africa

The Hubli Token launch aligns with GWC Tech Hub’s broader mission to digitally empower Africa through fintech, education, and accessible technology. By integrating blockchain payment options into everyday online shopping, GWC Tech Hub is creating opportunities for more Africans to participate in the global crypto economy.

Availability

Hubli Token (HBT / HUSD) is now available for use exclusively on the Hubli by GWC platform via GWC Pay. Full wallet-to-wallet transfer, external exchange listings, and staking programs will be rolled out in subsequent phases.
