Just in- INEC: Why Voting Was Delayed, Election officials delayed the opening of polling places, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission.
According to the commission, delays and logistical problems were caused by instability in some states. This information was provided in a briefing on Saturday by INEC Chairman Prof. Mahmood Yakubu.
