This just in: Tinubu wins in Buhari’s Ward. In the Baru 003, Baba Tone, Sarki Yara “A” Ward of the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari, Bola Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate, prevailed on Saturday (retd).

In order to defeat other significant candidates, like Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, who received 51 votes, and Rabiu Kwankaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, who received 37 votes, Tinubu’s party, the APC, garnered 215 votes.

At 5.45 p.m., an INEC returning officer at the ward (name protected) announced the National Assembly results as well.

APC received 184 votes for the Senate, while PDP and NNPP received 51 and 4 votes, respectively.

With 236 votes, Tinubu wins in Buhari’s ward. APC won both the PDP and NNPP contests for the Federal House of Representatives, which received 51 and 4 votes, respectively.

On Saturday morning, the President and his wife, Hajiya Aishatu, cast their ballots among other Nigerians for the ward’s candidates.

A few minutes before 10 o’clock in the morning, the President and his wife arrived at the ward. They went through the required voting procedures, including the Bimodal Voters Accreditation System capture, and cast their ballots at 10 o’clock in the morning.
