Tinubu Wins In Ekiti

This just in: Tinubu wins in Ekiti State. Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress, has been named the victor of Saturday’s presidential election in Ekiti.

We just got the news and shockingly, Tinubu wins in Ekiti State. In order to overcome Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, who received 89,554 votes, Tinubu received 201,494 votes.

Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party received 264 votes. Compared to Peter Obi of the Labour Party who received 11,397. The first result to be made public at the National Collation Center in Abuja is the one from the state of Ekiti.

The results were made public on Sunday night in Abuja by Prof. Ayobami Salami. He is the residential collation officer for the state of Ekiti.

In the Federal University of Health Sciences in Ila-Orangun, Osun State, Salami serves as vice chancellor.

The compilation of results was postponed to Monday at 11 am by INEC Chairman after the results were declared.
