22,000 Officials Deployed For Elections

There have been 22,000 officials deployed for elections according to Lagos State Police Command.

The Lagos State Police Command has deployed a total of 22,000 police officers for the elections in the state. This was mentioned by an Assistant Commissioner of Police in Lagos, Oludotun Odubona, on Friday.

This is to ensure the security of voters at the general elections. The Lagos State Police Command has said that they are trying to avoid violence. The police officers will be in all 20 local government areas of the state.
