Do you know how to earn like a lawyer online? According to AdobeAdobe, the global creative economy is exploding due to consumers’ unquenchable desire for content.

The number of creators in the global creator economy has increased to 303 million in the previous two years, according to a new report from the provider of VFX and video editing tools.

The report also reveals that, even though influencers only account for 15% of all content providers, they generate a sizable profit. According to Adobe, “more than half (51%) of influencers are in the top income category or are bringing in over family income of $100K+.”

 

How to earn like a lawyer online: create content

The company behind Photoshop and After Effects polled 9,000 content producers in the US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Brazil to better understand how creativity is evolving globally.

For the 58% of creators who still hold down full-time jobs, content creation is still a side business. According to the poll, there are other factors at play in the explosion of online content besides money.

Visual arts dominate in the contemporary internet environment, with 54% of respondents participating in photography, 30% in creative writing, and 27% in painting and drawing. So it should come as no surprise that content producers cited a desire to express themselves, have fun, and pursue passions as their primary driving forces.

A primary essential for mental wellness, according to 47% of respondents, is using or creating social media material. It is also praised when social concerns are advanced through content development.

However, in the long run, about 40% of those polled want to start their own businesses and make money from their internet material; this takes time. According to Adobe, content creators spend 9 hours per week on their output whereas influencers spend an average of 15 hours per week creating and promoting content.
