Buy A Windows 11 License From Microsoft

You can now buy a Windows 11 license from Microsoft directly. Instead of updating from a version of Windows 10, Microsoft now allows you to buy a license for Windows 11. It also lets you download it directly from the company’s website.

The modification seems to have happened in May 2022, according to PCMag. But because Microsoft didn’t issue a press release or communicate the change, it escaped notice.

Since its release in October 2021, Windows 11 has been pre-installed or available as an upgrade for many PC users. However, DIY PC builders have been required to download a version of Windows 10 before upgrading from within that OS.

Download Microsoft Windows 11

The cost of a Windows 11 Home download can be added to an online basket and purchased.

The Pro version of the operating system is not immediately apparent. But it may be accessed on another page on the Microsoft website. The cost of Windows 11 Pro is $199.99 (£219.99), which is the same as that of Windows 10 Pro.

PC manufacturers should save time now that they may buy a Windows 11 license rather than having to obtain one through the prior OS.

Some of the essential specifications for DIYers to install Windows 11 include a minimum nine-inch 720p monitor, a minimum 1GHz processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage.

Additionally, Windows 11 update 22H2 delivers additional protection against malware and more control over security measures.

The current downloads use build number 21H2, and users should be informed when build number 22H2 is available to download, according to information we obtained from a Microsoft store representative.
